The Tapestry of Tomorrow
Creation in Curation

I was considering the Hebrew names for the Spirit of God and also the Holy Spirit. When I was thinking and considering and turning it over in my head and heart I heard a whisper. It was not a verbal whisper, more felt that heard. I invite you to also sit with these names and feel them. See if anything stirs in you when you consider.
Ruach Elohim — Spirit of God
Ruach HaKodesh — The Holy Spirit
He was living in the Word
long before mystery had meaning or form,
before stars and nebulae were gathered —
tossed and elegantly splayed
like careless drops from the Painter’s palette,
scattered near and far in riotous splendor,
hues with no names and measure beyond count.
The whisper of Life works carefully,
threaded through eternity’s tapestry —
hands flawlessly gentle with shuttle,
parsing patterns multitudinous and manifold,
so that it seems unfathomable any image could form.
Still you labor, weaving lives in silk, hemp, linen, wool —
braiding redemption through your chosen children;
our manifold days cosmically cast in His pristine weave.
Lives and years, seasons too:
what once looked like tragedy
is shown, through a wider lens of timelessness,
to be redemption when the finished work is seen
in the Temple-Halls of Eternity’s Cathedral,
meaning revealed once life is held in the past tense.
As always,
Dust.
To you,
For you,
From Him.
In me.
If this touched you, share it on with a single discerning soul if you. Could. I am growing and our family is also.
